The rain finally let up in Columbus, Ohio, for the start of the Mid-East Spring National this morning (March 30). Judge Lynn Harbaugh had his hands full with some large classes of beautiful heifers.
The top heifer award went to Ryan-Vu Goldwyn Ravis-ET, the deep ribbed, stylish Spring Yearling owned by Kevin Doeberiener, Lindsey Bowen, Chad and Amy Ryan of West Salem, Ohio. Judge Harbaugh followed his choice of Junior Champion with the very correct, deep ribbed Winter Yearling, Toppglen Atwood Winner-ET owned by Brennen, Logan and Marissa Topp of New Bremen, Ohio.
Junior Champions of the Junior Show was the Topp's Witner Yearling and the second-place Winter Yearing, MD-Dun-Loafin DBK Excite-ET owned by Kristopher Ackley, Kaiden & Zailey Conroy of East Liberty, Ohio.
